As a therapist, my approach is rooted in understanding the whole person. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life and it is my job to help guide you on that journey. I use a combination of evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT and CBT to help you identify and change patterns of thinking and behavior that may be holding you back.

In short, my approach to therapy is one that is rooted in evidence-based practices and is tailored to the individual. I am empathetic, down-to-earth and I bring my own personal experiences and perspectives. My ultimate goal is to empower you to live the life you deserve.
