Anxiety can be debilitating to navigate, and it can manifest in so many different ways. Whether it’s panic attacks, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, OCD or something else entirely, it can be incredibly overwhelming and draining. But, it doesn’t have to be. Here at Wise Mind Therapy, I understand the complexities of anxiety and I offer a variety of treatment options to help you work through it.
First and foremost, I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your anxiety. This means that I will listen to you with empathy and compassion, and help you identify patterns and triggers that may be contributing to your anxiety. Together, we’ll work to understand the root causes of your anxiety and develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses those specific needs.
Creating a Safe Space
I offer a variety of evidence-based approaches that are best suited for you in order to address your anxiety and help you learn how to navigate life in a healthy way. In addition to looking at how your thoughts and behaviors make your anxiety worst, I incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices to help you stay present and grounded in high anxiety situations. Additionally, I offer support in addressing any co-occurring conditions such as depression or trauma.
